I realize that Mr. Obama has only been in the White House for seven months or about one eighth of his term, but he did make very many strong statements about “change you could believe in.” I am certainly eager to see productive change which is the kind of change that we all “HOPE” for. Being a pragmatic man, I decided to appraise his progress with a simple “score card.” I will update the score card as the score changes.
