The Purpose Prize?

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Dear David Banks, Your notice to me starts with “President Obama will meet today with social innovators, including a half-dozen winners of The Purpose Prize who have pioneered solutions to rural poverty, infant mortality and women’s health problems in their encore careers.”

Again with Obama and the gender bias. “Woman’s health issues?” Is this part of what the Purpose Prize is about? Is it gender biased? I’m really tired of this. We have men in this country too. If you do a little research you will be shocked to discover the truth about the disparity of women’s health issues and men’s. In short, men’s health issues are greater and receive much less attention. The disparity is an outrage.

The President’s web-site has a category for “Women’s Issues” but none for men. I am really tired of this persistent gender bias. I try not to write in anger but I see this bias at every turn. Rural poverty and infant mortality are right up there with good old “women’s health issues.” Why? I can appreciate altruistic efforts against poverty and infant mortality for everybody. Why not adult health issues? Why must it be biased? Just imagine protestant health issues or Caucasian health issues as winning this award. It would be an outrage wouldn’t it? The Purpose Prize which is a wonderful enterprise has a taint now. The taint is that it falls right into lock-step with the insidious gender bias that permeates today’s society.

Respectfully, Fred Sottile

Headline - Press Steals Brain

Monday, June 29th, 2009

The headline I read today was, “Supreme Court Rules for White Firefighters.” Noooo… The Supreme Court ruled for people, professional people who were already members of their industry, active members of their own class, their own kind, they were all, real professional fire fighters. This group of equally qualified individuals took a test to find out who among them was most qualified for greater responsibility. One individual would be the most qualified and one individual would be found to be the least. That’s how these things go. As with all tests, such as a sports event or election, on any given day you might have a little variation in the outcome. The number one and number two spots might change position. The last guy might be third to the last on a different day. Maybe one or two applicants had a medical disadvantage that day or were distracted by some personal problem. These variables could happen to a person of any race. These are personal variables that are beyond the control of the tester. It might be possible that one or two individuals had a personal disadvantage that day. Regardless of race, every one of us has experienced this. That’s life.

We would have to expect that the test was created by a group that was qualified to do so. We also expect that all New Haven Connecticut fire fighters are qualified to take the test. If not, they shouldn’t take the test, they’re unqualified. They would need to invest in more education. That is how all professionals become qualified.

The headline should have been, “Supreme Court Rules for Better Firefighter Leadership,” because that is what it finally did.

In a boxing match, the opponent left standing is the winner regardless of race, age, gender, religion, etc. The better opponent won. If two people “hit the street” to sell apples, at the end of the day whoever sold the most apples is the better salesperson, regardless of all the “crap” the government and press want to introduce to that truth. Again the better opponent won. The factual results prove it.

To have the racist headline that the press gave us once again exposes them as a peddler of propaganda. Only the racists brought race to the table in this story. The press supported the racism brought by the losers of the test who decided to “play the race card,” a back-up tactic for losers and unethical “shyster” lawyers.

It gets worse. In reading an earlier article on this case from April 22nd, I found a term that caused me to coin a new term of my own, “insidiousity.” The article used the term “reverse racism.” When a white man discriminates against a black man, because he is black, that is racism. When a black man discriminates against a white man, because he is white, that is also racism. There is no such thing as reverse racism. The press would have you believe that there is a distinction. It seems that to the press, only white people can be racists. Everybody else is something else, a reverse racist. Their racism is given an air of righteousness, an image that somehow their racism is the reverse of racism. I hereby charge the press with pure, old fashioned, unabashed racism. They are guilty of creating an underclass based on race.

Judge Sonia Sotomayor is an admitted racist from a racist organization who made a ruling on this case from the platform of a racist ideology. She believes that her race and gender make her better that other candidates for the Supreme Court based on those two prejudices. Do you agree? Do you want that?

Once again the press attempts to support this class distinction with the creation or perpetuation of the propaganda term “reverse racism.” Will your brain accept the concept of reverse racism? Has the press succeeded in stealing your brain? I am here to say that racists such as the author, editor and publisher of that racist headline, and Judge Sotomayor reek of insidiousity. As I write this, our Supreme Court is grappling with the issue of trying to provide “honest service.” Here’s a clue “your honors,” you ain’t gonna’ get it from a racist.

Honest Service from the Supreme Court?

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

This was received today from a website called pointoflaw.com

June 22, 2009

“DOJ May Rein In Use of ‘Honest Services’ Statute”
All sorts of defendants, from newspaper magnate Conrad Black to Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, have been prosecuted on grounds that they violated the federal fraud statute by depriving stockholders or voters of their right to “honest services”. “But the U.S. Supreme Court’s May decision to review Black’s 2007 conviction may put the brakes on the honest services provision. The U.S. Department of Justice is likely to rein in use of the provision, 18 U.S.C. 1346, until the high court rules on Black’s appeal next term, former federal prosecutors say.” That’s welcome news; as Justice Scalia noted in one case, “Without some coherent limiting principle to define what the ‘intangible right of honest services’ is, whence it derives, and how it is violated, this expansive phrase invites abuse by headline-grabbing prosecutors in pursuit of local officials, state legislators, and corporate CEOs who engage in any manner of unappealing or ethically questionable conduct.” [Lynne Marek, NLJ] Orin Kerr and Brian Walsh have more on the Scalia dissent, while Walsh notes the progress of a bill in Congress, the Public Corruption Prosecution Improvements Act of 2009, which seems aimed at intensifying the pace of such prosecutions. End article

Now imagine the court must “Face Up To Fred.” Please allow me to state the obvious. The members, spoken for by Justice Scalia, of the Supreme Court of the United States are unsure as to what Honest Service is. This understanding, which is crystal clear to me, is the single most important component to public trust. Because they openly admit that they can’t master this concept, they have disqualified themselves from providing that service. They have to go. They have to go back to the schools where their education was attempted, return their degree and explain how the school failed to teach them something that my daddy taught me as a little boy. While they “major” in Honest Service. Please let them “minor” in Fairness, another subject that they slept or “partied” through. If they graduate again, we will gather a group of Sunday School Teachers to review their qualifications. If they can win the well meaning parents approval, we will give them five years probation in municipal court. But we’ll be watching. Good luck Your Honors

Outrage in Iran - Electoral Hypocracy Here

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Election crisis in Iran! Deny the voter’s votes and falsify the results. Is that what happened in Iran? Wait a minute. Isn’t that what we do? No, we’re worse.

While the American media involves itself in a foreign election which is none of its business, we have the same scandal going on right here. At election time, is it wrong to predetermine the results and then tell the people that it was their own choice? Well, then why do we do it? Some of our judges are appointed. Poor selection of the appointers is how we end up with those (Sonia Sotomayor - Obama, Sandra Day O’Connor - Reagan). The others are elected. One of the most important safeguards we have against tyranny is our ability to vote out the tyrants. This is the much more civil way than the traditional way, which of course is to kill them.

Politicians serve (serve?) a term and at the end of each term there is an announcement that they will run for re-election. The alerted community can then decide if they want to peaceably remove the candidate, or if they just don’t give a damn about his/her abuses and let ‘em roll for another term. Judges however are a privileged class. Their term is not announced. This election and/or re-election of a Judge is so well kept out of the public awareness, that very few people have ever voted for a judge. You see, if a judge runs unopposed, his name will not even appear on the ballot. Who knew? Fixed? You don’t even get to vote. To make matters worse, the register of voters shows that the candidate was voted in unanimously. 100%. That’s the official record.

The hypocrisy of condemning Iran’s “questionable” election while we have elections that are fixed behind closed doors screams Hypocrisy. Can’t you just hear it? “Look son, I want to run unopposed. We’ll find a place for you. The last thing we want is some pesky interloping voters getting involved. Who wants the expense of a campaign? You know we can’t stand up to scrutiny. Do you want that? This is the Judiciary, we’re sneakier than some two-bit politician, what goes on in chambers stays in chambers. Play ball, your day will come and you’ll get the same free ride we all got. Get it?”

Here’s the question, if we are responsible people asking for fair and free elections, shouldn’t we be protesting fixed judicial elections here in our own country? Shouldn’t we get our own house in order before we concern ourselves with our neighbors? The scary truth is that in Iran people are dying as a result of their demonstrations. Would these judges become fair and transparent and give up their closed chamber scams without killing many of us? To protect their treachery, how many have they killed already?

The List. What Do We Have Left?

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

I grew up in The United States of America. I am the son of a decorated Korean War hero and the step son of a WWII submarine combat war veteran. The following is a list of everything we had in my childhood that we have lost during my adulthood.

#1 The Presidency. Growing up, this commander in chief of the greatest military and industrial country in the world was certainly America’s ultimate patriot. Do we have a man like that now? No, we have a dude. A guy who was put in office by a slim margin of rounded-up welfare moms who were made promises of special treatment. These opportunists had no qualms about stating their intent to hold him to his promises of preferential treatment the minute the election was over. They did it live on TV. Now we have a dude who has no experience with the military and has no experience with business. The dude never trained to defend anything and never made a dime of profit. Patriot? In fact, the dude can’t even show his ID. Barack Obama is the first woman President complete with gender bias. The Presidency is a joke.

#2 The Legislature. Our State Representatives right? They represent us and our states with their alcohol and drug abuse, sexual misconduct and felonies, felonies, felonies. Drunk with power and irresponsibility, they maraud through their days, grinding out one mistake after the other. The proof is the downward spiral toward socialism that our country is inexorably in. the Legislature is a disaster.

#3 The Judiciary. The scales of Justice. The scales of Justice? Uhh…. No. An independent private corporation constructed by the bar association to obtain wealth and rule through fear, Uhh…. Yeah. Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Conner is on a national campaign to promote total immunity for all judiciary, nationwide, all the time. She actively opposes “J.A.I.L. For Judges” (J4J), an activist group attempting to promote judicial accountability. California has just enacted legislation allowing judges to openly accept bribes. The judiciary, the third branch of our checks and balances government, was once the “scared cow” of national citizen trust. Court has become recognized by anyone who has experienced it, as sleazier? Just as sleazy? The sleaziest? I guess everybody differs a little as to just how sleazy they are, but they do all agree on one thing. These folks are sleazy. There are no more checks and balances. The three branches of government have joined in corruption and have run amok.

#4 The Media. “The Forth Estate.” We used to have hard nose investigative reporters out there “putting it all on the line” for the story. With unimpeachable integrity these true seekers of the truth were the “eyes and ears” of America. Their dedication to the First Amendment made our country great. That was then.

Now we have a group of people who are paid by special interest groups, none the least of which is our government, who of course, are nothing but a bunch of front men for the bankers who own and operate the Federal Reserve. Other special interest groups such as radical feminists have handed the media its ideological directives and to earn their pay, the media delivers with propaganda. “On the ground” reporters now get their reports from the AP (associated press), Bloomberg, UPI (united press international) or some other commercially controlled source. Basically the government uses the media to tell people what they are supposed to think and then bases its policies on “what people think.” Nice huh? Go to the press with your expose’ and you’ll find that they are not there to work with you. Their boss won’t let them.

#5 The Churches. “The House of God.” With the government and the press wallowing in corruption, where can you go to find meaning in life? The church? Formerly a spiritual sanctuary, the church is now big business. Since the church can have so much influence on “the people” as it demonstrated throughout the civil rights movement of the sixties, it can be a true voice for just causes. It can be the voice of the people. Where is that voice today? These huge tabernacles are obviously not supported by the collection plate. They are supported by special interest groups such as, you guessed it, the government. The government who routinely makes outrageous errors in caring for the citizens is not quite as stupid in caring for itself. Government pensions for themselves compared to social security for us certainly prove this. The government and other special interest groups now provide the funding for church leaders that they control, often behind the back of the church’s own followers. Actually, for the true religious, this is blasphemy.

#6 The Stock Market. Reality. We are Capitalists (maybe now we’re CapitOlists) right?

1969. The stock market is based on what the market will bare. It is the ultimate in honesty. The prices were based on real value and were monitored by some of the most educated, motivated people in that day’s world.

2009. We are aspiring socialists (shush it’s a secret right now). Rather than stock prices being set by the performance of the businesses they represent, they are set by weird insider manipulation by foreign banks who, by the way, through the Federal Reserve, own our currency, thereby owning our economy. Can government fix our economy? No, it’s not theirs. They don’t control it. Neither do we. We can only serve it. Ready to bow?

#7 The Independent Business World. The Back Bone of the American Dream. OK, forget “the Fed” and “the market,” we are a country of entrepreneurs’. We are visionary wildcat dreamers who with courage and drive build empires. (Man I miss America.) In the unregulated economy of “the 50s” the motivated were king. Today we have the regulation of (like a broken record) special interest groups and the government. Racial quotas, gender quotas, gender and racial agendas, employee rights run amok, wild tax problems, the EPA, OSHA, incredibly bad management linked with finance fraud and an environment where it may be better to bankrupt than make a profit, control American business. Growing up the idea was to build a business, prosper and leave a legacy to your family, America and the world, and retire comfortably. Today the idea is create the concept of a business, gather unqualified financing, steal the money, bankrupt the shell of the business and retire comfortably.

#8 Real Estate. For many, their home is their life’s biggest asset. People used to buy a home, make their payment’s and raise their family. Ultimately they would pay their mortgage in full and retire debt free and secure in their own “castle.” They would proudly hand it down as a legacy to their children. Just being able to save the down payment and qualify for a mortgage was a milestone in a family’s successful development.

Now look at Detroit. Real estate just abandoned because it has no value. Look in your neighborhood. Real estate abandoned by unqualified house buyers trying to make a fast buck on a wildly over inflated housing market. Who created this disrespect for our homes? The Clintons, “Freddie,” “Fannie” and the Democrats. Now Nancy Pelosi and her friends are ravaging estates with conservator swindles and others are having their sovereignty undermined with abuse of eminent domain. In the past, many company’s value and security was based on the real estate that the company owned. Today, that security is gone.

#9 The Universities. College material. A young man or woman would evaluate their prospects for adulthood by determining if they would work in labor, a trade or if they truly excelled, they would be considered “college material.” An investment in their higher education would be merited. I said merited. I said an investment would be made. The word investment means that a dividend is expected. The dividend is expected because the college degree has true value. Otherwise the expenditure is merely a purchase. Colleges and universities were a place where the truth gained by a true Socratic dialog could set the course of advancement for the philosophy of the nation.

What we have now is a place where any jackass can go to create a debt to the government in the guise as a college loan. No Socratic dialog takes place. It is replaced with a program of indoctrination designed to condition the hapless pseudo student to accept his place of servitude to authority of one kind or another. The graduate finds that his degree has very little value if any. He/she enters an unqualified work force supervised by the gurgitation of the same system that created them. The country is weakened and all systems fail. (see items 1-8) Garbage in, garbage out. 60% of college enrollees are women. 50% of them “opt out” of the workforce in five years, making return on the investment of their education zero. Men generally work to retirement age, educated or not. Our first female President Barack Obama continues to encourage women to go to school. Running the numbers, to me, it seems like a bad investment. In fact, his own wife has “opted out.” She’s got a big university degree and doesn’t make a dime.

The truth is that our schools are so bad that we have a “brain gap.” Even though we “farm out” many of our great tech jobs, some are still done here. To fill the “brain gap” we simply import people with more education than our people have. We get many from a country that has cows walking among its people who believe that the cows are their dead relatives who have been returned to life as cows. I gotta’ guess that we’re not bright enough to go to a dairy farm and visit our own relatives. Apparently we don’t have “what it takes” to be as smart as the cow country guys. At least we’re smart enough to hire them.

#10 Americans. The Melting Pot. Our ancestors may have been from anywhere, but now that we are here, we are Americans. We all speak the same language. We work for a living. Use the same money. Go to the same school. Worship in our different churches but all to the same God. We all agree on the American dream, telling our children that they can “grow up to be president.” We root for our favorite sports team and with good sportsmanship, congratulate the winners because the winners are Americans, winners like us and they are of us. Even in the “Forties” with terrible racial segregation, we all fought “the foreign threat” as Americans. There was never any doubt.

Now the American is scorned by the immigrant, especially the illegal immigrant, or as I call him, the invader. The “American way” (work for a living) is circumvented at every opportunity. The American identity is not embraced. The intrusion of religions based in the termination of all that America stands for are supported. Supported by whom? My guess is the anarchists. Use of the Peso and the Euro is growing. Foreign languages have become a huge educational burden and a tool for social division. The once hearty stock, of the stew of the American melting pot has lost its nutritional value. It has become an over flowing caldron of acrid ingredients certain to make anyone puke. The cook (the government) is no better a chef than it is a businessman or parent. As far as loyalty goes, let me put it this way. I am grateful to the many wonderful people who have enriched my life. Of them all, there is no question as to which ones are my parents.

#11 The Family. Dad, mom, grand parents, cousins and the kids! In 1965 this described almost every family I knew. We had a neighborhood full of them. One unfortunate friend had a dad who left his mom. It turned out that she was gay. The family across the street had a mom who died. The father was left with six daughters and a son. Everybody else had “normal” circumstances, normal families.

Now define the 2009 family. The queen of “The People’s Republic of Santa Monica” defines it as a woman with a cat. Normal now is what? A rich woman who is living off of two or three x-husbands while they are alienated from their children with restraining orders based on false accusations. A woman with a child who was impregnated by a Federally funded doctor who knocked her up with a hypodermic needle. A woman who has four kids with four loser guys who has decided to be proud of her obvious title “slut queen of the loser guys.” Please note that all of these examples start with “A Woman.” Recently I tried to get photos of Fathers and Mothers with their children in a happy event circumstance. I E-mailed about two hundred people. The overwhelming response was “Gee, we don’t know anybody like that.” Government programs “for women” have created this destruction of “the normal family.” Radical feminist Women’s empowerment has backfired destroying the normal woman’s and child’s birth right. The “normal families” are few and far between. See, the normal family has a real potential for power through unity. Well, the government certainly doesn’t want that. The American family structure is in complete disarray. Three cheers for feminism. Oh, and I almost forgot. Let’s have a shout out for CPS (child protective services) for yanking four kids away from their father and mother because the mother gave her high school football playing son a smack on butt with a wooden spoon for being disrespectful. Those kids are better off in foster care. Ya’ know, for there own protection.

#12 Your Health. Well at least you’ve got your health. Not if the President and Hillary have anything to say about it. The bone-heads who ruined the economy, the real estate market (remember white water) the courts (google Richard I Fine) and our current War, want to control the health care system. I for one enjoy waiting in line with illegal aliens who are actually treated better than I because the receptionist speaks their language better than mine. Spanish, tagalong, farsi, mandarin, well, to hell with English. It’s highly overrated. The more I write the angrier I get. Let’s take your most important need, the need when you are most vulnerable and make it as impersonal as possible. Damn!

#13 Your Own Mind. The scariest intrusion of them all. We just had a Presidential election. The deck was stacked. The media was handed a mandate to glorify an unqualified lackey who was unable to prove his citizenship with a simple birth certificate. Actually, by law, he coudn’t even run for president. The people who decided to put this guy into the job made it easier on the press by running him against another guy who would be such an obviously poor leader that voting against him would be easily justified. Next they told the people that these two choices were the only real choices. “If you want your vote to count, you must pick one of the two,” was the mind-set. Here in California, the Electoral College (the people whose votes matter) was going to “go Obama” no matter what we did. Here in California people voted anyway even though this was common knowledge. They voted for Obama or Mc Cain just as they had been told to do. Both men represented the same special interest group who funded the whole show.

In reality there were four other totally legitimate candidates. Actually these four were all legal candidates, where the ultimate winner was not. A vote for Bob Barr (an interesting ideology choice), Cynthia Mc Kinney (my choice), Ron Paul (the best choice) or Ralph Nader (the silly choice, but at least qualified) would have been a statement that we are not happy with leadership of the Republican/Democratic (the same choice) Party. Rather than make this statement to the Republican/Democratic bank that tossed us their insulting choices for leadership, many voted as they were told, for the bank’s offering, thereby legitimizing the whole scam.

These bankers have such a good sense of humor that they even created a slogan of “Change You can believe In” for the guy who hasn’t changed a thing. Guantanimo Bay (his first announcement) hasn’t changed. The War hasn’t changed. The economy has changed but not for the better. The housing mess hasn’t changed. The jobless rate has changed, but not for the better. The immigration/invasion problem hasn’t changed. Today I was told by the “media you can believe in” (ready for your indoctrination?) that seventy percent of American’s want “the change guy” to change us to a medical system that will cost us ($1,600,000,000,000) 1.6 Trillion dollars we don’t have, so we can have a system they use in a country where people with real immediate needs end-up coming HERE.

When you voted in the last Presidential election, did you vote with your own mind? Did you do what was in your own best interest or did you legitimize the scam, support your oppressors and do as you were taught?   I ask you. What do we have left?

The Lakers, Gay Rights and Parades

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Disposable or discretionary income is a wonderful thing. Each of us has basic needs. These needs start with an “A List” of food and shelter and then expand to include things on the basic “B List” like freedom, education and love. The homeless understand the “A List.” They can say things like “we can put a man on the moon but we can’t put a sandwich in my mouth” with righteous qualification. Their need is real and immediate. As long as there is someone in your community who has this kind of need, and I mean NEED, every other project must be postponed. Now, now that starvation and exposure are eliminated we can go on as a community to work on freedom, education and love. These are needs. They are not some frivolous fancy of the fortunate.

Many individuals and families work to meet their basic needs. Governments must do the same. Many individuals and families have disposable or discretionary income. Many governments do too. Rich communities can afford lavish amenities. Poor ones can not. As long as you have people whose “A List” of basic needs are not met, you are a poor community. You may have some rich individuals but the community is poor.

The problem in the poor community of Los Angeles is that its controllers are rich. They enjoy a life style of wealth, and their concept of NEED is greatly distorted by their experience, lack of experience, ignorance and arrogance. They do not serve their REAL community, they serve the wealthy members of their community. Arnold Schwartzenegger is a hilarious example of this. Our Mayor Villaragosa, covetous of Arnold’s wealth and celebrity, is a Schwarzenegger “wanna be” making him the ultimate in ridiculous. They were installed by their wealthy elite community, not the community of Los Angeles. They do not meet our communities BASIC NEEDS.

If an individual or family is in need of food or shelter, it has no resources for “Laker Tickets.” The Lakers won the big game. Hooray for the Lakers and their fans. There are no starving people in the city of Palos Verdes. If the folks in PV want to have a parade they certainly may. Los Angeles is another story. The city and county are broke. Basic needs are not being met. A parade here would be a demonstration of arrogance and ignorance. It would be an inappropriate, frivolous disregard of reality. In good conscience, the City can’t do it. Resources that could feed the starving being used for a celebration of a minority group of sports fans is outrageous. We simply don’t have the discretionary income. People really are starving. We’re poor.

That brings me to the equally inappropriate Gay Rights parade. People are starving. What did the parade cost in police and sanitation? Here’s a clue. What ever it cost was not money. It was food for the starving. It was cheap for the rich people, but that one missed meal, or bath, or change of clothes for the poor may have been equal to that person’s net worth. It cost that person everything.

It seems to me that people who enjoy homosexuality want their activities in their own bedroom to be acknowledged, and in fact licensed, by the government. I personally don’t want the government in my bed room. The worst thing I ever did in my life was to invite them in by getting a marriage license. Knowing what I now know, a marriage license is ludicrous for anybody, except of course, for someone planning to use legal corruption to abuse their marital partner. Marriage is a personal commitment between two people, straight or gay. No piece of paper can make or break that commitment. All it can do is bring in a third partner who will not consider the needs of the individuals or the family. The government is a terrible parent and a worse lover. Ultimately, that governmental third party will hold a parade at the expense of a person or family. That parade takes place every day. Wanna’ see it? Just go to family court. You’ll see the parade of the damned. Wanna’ be in it?

The true understanding responsible parent being an adult would have to lovingly say, I know you want parades, but no my dear children, I’m sorry, we can’t have ‘em. We can’t afford ‘em. See, we can’t pay the rent. We can’t buy food. It may be hard to understand but the truth is, we’re broke.

Talent Gap Hits Radical Feminism

Friday, June 12th, 2009

For many years now rabid radical feminists have written scathing articles to advance their cause. These articles were hailed at the time as epiphanies of truth and rallying platforms for cultural and social change.

Now that scholars have debunked their assertions and exposed their concocted statistics and straight out lies, such as the wage gap and glass ceiling, what are we left with? We are left with the damage. Beyond that we are also left with new scholarly studies and remedial activism for family law reform and the antithesis of women’s rights activism which is men’s rights activism.

The new scholarly studies are real. The feminist propaganda passed off formerly as scholarly studies have been exposed, and unfortunately the few valuable women’s studies done by legitimate feminist scholars have been obscured by the polluted pool of propaganda focused writings of greedy men (Joe Biden, Bill Bradley) and women in the feminism for profit business.

As I read the articles and reports of today’s efforts to deal with the carnage left behind by radical feminism, I have come to ask the question, where are today’s feminists? I keep hearing about “women’s studies” on college campuses and heard recently of some poor guy who had, for some reason, acquired a Master’s Degree in this. Some woman must have promised him a career, as they had to so many young girls in the past few decades. The premise of the concept of the proposed career is mind boggling.

This brings me to the point of the article. There are no longer legitimate careers (really there never were) in feminism. The evidence of this is the Talent Gap. The Sixties, Seventies and even the Eighties has nationally recognized feminist leaders. There are none today. There are no more accepted scathing articles. The scathing radical feminist articles of today are simply too transparent for all but a few, and are viewed by most as the final thrashings of, at best, a failed ideology, at worst, a dying jackal. After all, there is no more naïvete to support false statistics and lies. All that the dying “old guard” of the Femi Nazi Cult can do is to try to grab the minds of young naïve college students and initiate them into their scam, in a last “Hail Mary” attempt to keep its funding.

The opposite is true for the “father’s rights” and “men’s right’s” movements. Talented scholar’s studies have credibility world wide. In fact, many former feminists have stepped forward to recant and even atone for their former “mistakes.” Feminism would like to be reformed, but in reality, feminism must be abandoned.

Feminism has been abused by corrupt extremists. Once held as positive social reform, its abuse has now been proved to have destructive consequences. It can not be countered with another fake ideology which might be called “masculinism.” That would be equally ridiculous. Dominant sexism is out. It can not exist. It’s not natural.

The reality is, GENERALLY, Men and Women want Men to be Men, Men and Women want Women want to be Women, children certainly need these natural roles. Feminism is writhing in its natural demise. THE TALENT GAP PROVES IT.

“I am shocked and saddened by today’s shooting at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. This outrageous act reminds us that we must remain vigilant against anti-Semitism and prejudice in all its forms. No American institution is more important to this effort than the Holocaust Museum, and no act of violence will diminish our determination to honor those who were lost by building a more peaceful and tolerant world.”

“Today, we have lost a courageous security guard who stood watch at this place of solemn remembrance. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends in this painful time.”

Dear Reader, please note that Obama states “prejudice in all it’s forms.” I believe that President Obama has a gender prejudicial policy that is demonstrated by his lack of a “Men’s Issues” category on his White House website. He certainly has a prominent “Woman’s Issues” Category. The President and his policies are prejudicial. There is simply no doubt about it. His lofty words have no credibility.

A Little Too Angry ?

In the past few days I have watched as two friends bantered back and forth on a subject that they both agreed on. They both agreed that gender bias against men was a horrible wrong that needed to be addressed and rectified. Great!

However, a problem began to develop and to make matters worse, their conversation was done in the open forum of a discussion group thereby allowing evaluation and criticism. Normally this would be healthy and productive, leading to an increased awareness by all concerned. The problem was that the discussion was intellectual and academic for one faction of the group with no real need for urgency. The other faction had an urgent need for immediate substantive results.

The intellectual faction had worked positively for many, many years but had effected very little change of the over riding system that perpetuated the problem. Heart in the right place, they addressed the symptoms, not the disease.

The substantive need faction acknowledged and appreciated the intellectual faction but pointed out that it’s protracted approach needed to be supplemented by a strategy that would yield rapid systemic change.
The unaffected intellectuals stated to the personally affected group, in effect, your urgency has an unsavory element of anger. The affected group responded with, in effect, we have every right to be angry, we’re the ones being killed.

As an example, while intellectuals discussed racial bias in America, black people were being suppressed economically, socially and were being outright killed. Anger from them was certainly justified. Ultimately, both the intellectuals and social outcry from the affected group effected the change that elevated our society.

Gender bias must be addressed by both groups and most activists realize this. Our strength comes from unity, not polarization brought on by conflicting methodology. These two distinctly different methods of effecting change are born of different circumstances that the activist lives with. Both groups must realize this and appreciate the power of the combined effort. The intellectuals are appreciated, pressing on from their ivory tower and the immediate victims of the bias must be respected as they bare the brunt of it on a daily basis.

Just as the sympathetic “White Philadelphia Activist” in 1920 could never really feel the pressure of a KKK lynch mob, the sympathetic gender bias activist who is not living with oppression can understand, but not really feel the frustration of a shattered life.

Anger is an emotion. It is felt, not arrived at by intellectual means. We, the immediately affected are all suppressing our anger with our intellect. The intellectual activist must give the angry “all the room they need,“ for they are unqualified with intellectualism to take a position on the emotional effect that anger has on the angry.

If the intellectual activist says “you seem a little too angry,” objectively, intellectually and from his activist methodology he may be right, but let me make this clear, as the man with his head in the noose, I can honestly tell you, WE’RE ALL NOT ANGRY ENOUGH.

Here is the ridiculous “puff piece” in today’s paper and my response.

Judges volunteer for Superior Court monthly furlough days
From staff reports
Posted: 06/02/2009 06:37:23 PM PDT

In response to the budget crisis that is forcing Los Angeles Superior Court workers to take one unpaid day off each month, judges announced Tuesday they will voluntarily give up a portion of their salaries.

The court-mandated once-a-month furlough does not apply to judges, which raised the ire of clerks and other court staffers when the fiscal emergency action was announced last month.

The court’s 22-member Executive Committee voted unanimously to support the development of a plan by which judges can choose to contribute some of their pay.

“The support for this among judges in Los Angeles is overwhelmingly positive. We all want to do our part,” said Presiding Judge Charles McCoy.
The furloughs are scheduled to begin next month.

This was echoed by a similar piece of knee bending by Victoria Kim of the LA Times.

ARE YOU KIDDING?  This article gives the appearance that judges are concerned with fairness. This is nothing but a public relations ploy.
Anyone following the Richard Fine story knows that each and everyone of these judges is taking $46,000 per year in illegal bribe money from our city council. This is confessed to us by the act of the passage of immunity from prosecution for this crime, that was passed last february during the budget crisis, in a sneaky six day introduction and passage of SBX 2 11.
Please do not do this kind of reporting. I like newspapers. This kind of pandering is what drives people from newspapers to blogs for their news.
