State Sponsored Bigotry

December 22nd, 2010

Below is a note I sent to someone I had a conversation with yesterday. The announcement of State sponsored bigotry is exemplified perfectly in this letter.
To those of you who say there is no gender bias in family court and that the misdeeds of it are solely based on money with no elements of misandry, I say, you are dead wrong.

Hi ****, I want you to go down to ii) and click on the link.
Read the article until you get to the part about how the judge and women feel about prison for women.
Yesterday you spoke about how you felt about something in court.
Just imagine if judges were allowed to rule on how they feel.
Just imagine if no matter what you do the judge just feels that you are bad.
Bigotry is based on feelings brought on by ignorance, fear and/or political agenda.
Court is no place for bigotry.
The link at ii) is the perfect example.

i) No man deserves false accusations of rape or ‘harassment’, even people as awful as Julian Assange, Harry Reid, or Al Gore.

If these people have created a culture of misandry, they will have to recognize what they have done. That being said, social conservatives also have a fair amount to do with creation of rape shield laws, which are directly in violation of the US constitution.
http://www.thenewamerican.com/index.php/culture/family/2705-feminist-gulag-no-prosecution-necessary

ii) Sharia courts in the UK : This would be particularly tragic if Western legal protections were still healthy in the UK. However, UK judges have been given strict orders to give lesser sentences to women for the same crimes. Yes, this is official and in the open now :
http://www.the-spearhead.com/2010/09/12/british-high-court-dame-orders-lower-sentences-for-women/

Below is the pertinent quote in case the link becomes inactive.

“Women’s experiences are not exactly equal to men’s, therefore in order to have true equality, we have to treat them unequally under the law, because that way they will have equal experiences.

So, she’s essentially saying that legal equality is not really equal, possibly because it doesn’t “feel that way” to female criminals”

Obama’s Mid Term Score Card

November 10th, 2010

Obama Score Card – Two Years Have Passed
I realize that Mr. Obama has only been in power for two years or about half of his term, but he did make very many strong statements about “change you could believe in.” I am certainly eager to see productive change which is the kind of change that we all “HOPE” for. Being a pragmatic man, I decided to appraise his progress with a simple “score card.” I will update the score card every six months as the score changes.

Subject No Change Obama
For the better Victories
—————————————————————–
Guantanamo Bay 1 Obama 0
Still there
(now with two embarrassing terrorist disasters)
The Economy 1 Obama 0
Market is inflated with fake money
Jobs 1 Obama 0
Job loss is on the increase
Taxes 1 Obama 0
Still rising
National debt 1 Obama 0
Still rising
GDP 1 Obama 0
Not out-running inflation
The War 1 Obama 0
American death toll grows daily
(unable to handle Afghanistan)
Health Care 1 Obama 0
Costs still rising
Gender prejudice 1 Obama 0
Still on website - VAWA increases
Our World image 1 Obama 0
Getting worse
Usurper Charges 1 Obama 0
Still no Birth Certificate
S. Court Nomination 1 Obama 0
Appointee has race and gender bias
Second appointee is another joke
Believe it or not, she has no judicial experience

At this point, Obama is still running 0 for 12

Government Subsidy Misconceptions

October 27th, 2010

I will explain this one more time.
Hoover Dam is great because it is the source of economic success.
The Tennessee Valley Authority is the same.
The Interstate highway system is another example.
These were government projects.
If the government wants to change something in America it must find a way to make their project make economic sense. Developing technology that is not cost effective and forcing that burden on the population is cause to eject those people who propose it. Those people who propose economically unviable projects have proven themselves to be unqualified leaders. We can not suffer these people to remain in control of OUR environment. I am not speaking here of our ecological environment. I am speaking of the entire only real world that we all must live in, including ALL of its elements.
So, Give us a personal car that matches the cars we now, no compromises. Have it cheaper to operate and make it in America so we create jobs and we have a winner.
Create a light bulb that is cheaper to buy or operate and make it here so we create jobs and we have a winner.
Create a source of power for our homes and businesses that is cheaper to purchase and has no ecological down side and we have a winner.
These cheaper sources of energy can NOT be cheaper because of tax supported subsidies. A program like that would be a lie to the somnambulistic (sleepwalking) public.
Lead the world with innovation as we used to, not with tyranny like Joseph Stalin used to and you will find America’s greatness. Fail to do this and you will find America’s downfall.

Supervision Increases for Domestic Violence Probationers
County Probation Awarded $300K for New Program
________________________________________
Saturday, October 23, 2010
By Hannah Scott (Contact)
People released from jail following felony domestic violence convictions will receive intensified supervision from the Santa Barbara County Probation Department. The Batterers Enhanced Supervision and Treatment Program will help deputy probation officers work more closely with violent offenders such as domestic abusers and stalkers. GPS technology will be used to trace movements of high-risk offenders to help protect their victims from potential harm….
Above is the gist of the story. Below is reality.
Here is what will happen. In today’s environment $300K is the yearly take of about 2 employees (probably women but perhaps indoctrinated gender confused men brought up in a household without a father, or just plain greedy bastards) of this “qualification.” A few bucks for the electronic ankle “surveillance” stuff and the rest goes to buy goodies for the officials who take it and don’t do much more than a minimum of paperwork.
The violence against men still goes unreported as there is no one to report it to. The violence against women still gets blown wildly out of proportion so as to perpetuate funding for the corrupt officials who are pulling a living off of the $300K and the world turns unchanged.
The other thing that happens is two people indoctrinated in college in 100% biased “gender studies” justify their pointless romp through some over funded joke of a college by living a life of ease with no accountability or responsibility for taking money for nothing, and the world turns unchanged.
Women continue to be abused. Men continue to be abused. Taxpayers continue to be abused and feminism continues to pollute our society. Congratulations ladies.

Objective Judges

October 4th, 2010

Mardi’s P.S. is intuitively correct. It is my feeling that to truly have objective judges, the law must be judged as well as the parties before him. Since it is the job of lawyers to exploit law to get favorable judgments for their clients. No man trained to do this should be allowed to be a judge. As John Houseman put it in the film The Paper Chase, you leave law school thinking like a lawyer. We do not need judges trained to exploit the law. We need judges to be objective at every turn.

The problem here, or the problem today, is that objectivity is not a discipline that is promoted in our schools. Our schools today are halls of indoctrination. In fact, the basic format of most education today is to reject rational objective thought and rely on popular culture to guide your actions. This is especially well illustrated in the real estate and wall street investment world.

With the exception of space science, medical science and military science, our culture is a “ball of confusion.” This was not the case as I grew up. At my age of ten, 1965, most of America acknowledged and agreed to “fight the Red Menace.” Now we have a man in the White House who is following the path the Wiemar Republic took that ended up bringing Germany the rise of the Nazi party.

I am glad that my natural father who won purple hearts in Korea and my step father who fought unthinkable submarine battles in the pacific during WWII are not here to see this denigration of the country they fought so hard to protect.

As ever, Fred Sottile

And We Let Them

September 27th, 2010

Obama - Mc Cain
Kerry - Bush
Brown - Whitman
Boxer - Fiorina
Again we have no choice. Why?
Why on Earth don’t these parties groom some young man for an ultimate position? Why is it this “catch as catch can” amateur hour approach, as if the whole thing caught both parties unaware?
The contempt for “the people” shows through clearly.
AND WE LET THEM!

Sorry you supported Obama?

Good for you Mary Landrieu. We need to boost the economy and drilling suspension isn’t going to help do that. It might might help keep us dependent on forgein oil like our friends in Iraq and Venezuela Course only Bush was a friend to forgein oil right …did he now down to them when meeting them. Nope he had no manners or “respect”. Soooooo sorry I wasted my vote..lol still waiting for the change.

Above is a comment to an article by an ever growing faction of disgruntled Obama voters. These people are starting to make me sick for the reasons I state below.

Unfortunately, you didn’t waste your vote. Unable to recognize a huckster when you see one you were duped and proudly utilized your vote to help bring us a usurping destroyer. You can make amends by joining an independent campaign. It is the only place the “change” you think you want can occur. BTW, I put change in quotes because it is not “change” that we need, it is improvement. Improvement is what we need. To have improvement one needs a specified plan of action and a team, capable of carrying out that plan.
This “change” word that is bandied about is a cowardly attempt to ridicule the past with out a plan for the future. As it did turn out, the people who voted for “change” got what they voted for. They got a change for the worse, or should I say worst?
Voters who did this to their country and to those smart enough to not vote for a Democrat or a Republican (really the same one and only party) need to own up to their mistake and begin to repair the damage they caused.
Frankly, it is a debt that you owe.

Dancing with Bristol Palin

September 22nd, 2010

After watching a recording of Bristol Palin attempting to keep up with a real dancer on a TV show called “Dancing With the Stars” I was so saddened that I said,

“We’re doomed. While our formerly beloved, but now ignored, country goes down the drain, this is what our neighbors do with their time. And just think, in between this mindless crap we get to watch commercials for swiffer mops, drugs that have side effects worse than what they treat and government motors. No wonder I can no longer watch TV.
Now, in addition to correcting a corrupt governmental and legal system,
We must revolutionize TV.
We are truly living in a nation obsessed with and dependant on bread and circuses.
And the Visigoths are at our gates.”

Obama Blunder List

September 10th, 2010

If Bush Was an Idiot ~ 100% Verifiable Facts

I do love lists. I think they are a great way to disseminate information. Here is one that I found especially noteworthy.

*If George W. Bush had doubled the national debt, which had
taken more than
two centuries** **to accumulate, in one year, would you have
approved? **
** **
**If** **George W. Bush** **had then proposed** **to double the
debt again**
**within 10 years, would you have** **approved?*

*If George W. Bush had criticized a state law that he admitted
he never
even read would you think that he is just an ignorant hot head?*
*If George W. Bush joined the country of Mexico and sued a
state in the
United States to force that state to continue to allow illegal
immigration, would you question his patriotism and wonder whose
side he was on? *

*If George W. Bush had put 87000 workers out of work by
arbitrarily placing
a moratorium on offshore oil drilling on companies that have one
of the best
safety records of any industry because one company had an
accident would you
have agreed?*
*If George W. Bush had used a forged document as the basis of the
moratorium that would render 87000 American workers unemployed
would you
support him?*
*If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a
Teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press
conference, would you have
laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his
own and is
really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?*

*If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to
take Laura
Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved?**

**If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plan’s holdings
of GM stock
by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have
approved?
**
**If George W. Bush had made a joke at the expense of the
Special Olympics,
would you have approved?** **
**If George W. Bush had given Gordon Brown a set of inexpensive and
incorrectly formatted DVDs, when Gordon Brown had given him a
thoughtful and
historically significant gift, would you have approved? **
**If George W. Bush had given the Queen of England an iPod
containing videos of his speeches, would you have thought this
embarrassingly narcissistic and tacky?**
**If George W. Bush had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia ,
would you have
approved?**
**If George W. Bush had visited Austria and made reference to the
nonexistent “Austrian language,” would you have brushed it off
as a minor
slip? **
If George W. Bush had filled his cabinet and circle of advisers
with people
who cannot seem to keep current in their income taxes, would you have
approved?
**If George W. Bush had stated that there were 57 states in the
United States , would you have said that he is clueless.*
*If George W. Bush would have flown all the way to Denmark to
make a five
minute speech about how the Olympics would benefit him walking
out his front
door in Texas , would you have thought he was a self important,
conceited, egotistical jerk?
**If George W. Bush had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer
to “Cinco de
Cuatro” in front of the Mexican ambassador when it was the 5th
of May (Cinco
de Mayo), and continued to flub it when he tried again, would
you have
winced in embarrassment? **
If George W. Bush had misspelled the word “advice” would you
have hammered
him for it for years like Dan Quayle and potatoes as proof of
what a dunce
he is?
**If George W. Bush had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go
plant a
single tree on Earth Day, would you have concluded he’s a
hypocrite? **
If George W. Bush’s administration had OK’d Air Force One flying
low over
millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown
Manhattan causing
widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually
get what
happened on 9-11?

**If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims
throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless
than in New
Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing political
issue with
claims of racism and incompetence? **
If George W. Bush had created the position of 32 Czars who
report directly
to him, bypassing the House and Senate on much of what is happening
in America, would you have approved.
**If George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major
corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to
do so, would
you have approved? *
**

*So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so
brilliant and
impressive? Can’t think of anything? Don’t worry. He’s done all
this in 15
months — so you’ll have two years and nine months to come up
with an
answer.*
*Every statement in this email is factual and directly
attributable to
Barrack Hussein Obama. Every bumble is a matter of record and
completely verifiable.*

*A little scary isn’t it?*

Obamaland

September 9th, 2010

Seldom do I write a book review on this blog but this book was so great that I just had to write about it.
The book is titled “Welcome to Obama Land” (I have seen your future and it doesn’t work)
The author is a well respected political commenter named John Delingpole.
John Delingpole is a British citizen who has lived through the ravages of an ever increasing socialist government. He has seen the growth of “diversity” and the cancer it is on an existing culture. He has watched while his countries medical care system has become the world’s third largest industry after only the Indian Railroad and the Chinese Army. He has seen the decline of his nation’s education systems and the decline of dignity among the population that goes with it.
All of the horrors of the decline of Great Britain especially under the “Progressive” reign of John Major are only ten years ahead of the mess we here in America are about to realize. The feminization and dependency of the population at large and the willingness of that population to suck on the tit of government rather than embrace the traditional British “stiff upper lip” and put on a traditional British “Good show.”
John Delingpole broadcasts his ridicule in a sarcastic tone that, though humorous, leaves the reader with strong sense of urgency when it comes to grinding the brakes on Obama and his regime. The book is a pleasure to read and would be quite hilarious if it weren’t for the fact that we are living on the butt end of the books greatest jibes.

Five Star political commentary. Definitely read Obamaland.
